A little note to say thank you so much for building us THE most amazing trip to Disneyland Paris. We had some anxieties and concerns travelling for the first time out of the country with our autistic son (and daughter). Carmen went the extra mile throughout the process to ensure we were happy with all steps in the process and that the journeys, accommodation, meal plans and passes were as suitable to our needs as possible. Lots of different options were explored and presented in easy to understand ways. The trip itself could not have gone any smoother. Carmen had found the very best times for us to travel to suit our needs, the perfect accommodation (Davy Crocket - where lodges offered separate bedrooms and space and calm away from the Disney magic and chaos!). The meal plan Carmen organised meant we could use some amazing buffets which all catered to specific dietary needs of our family (AFRID and allergies). The disability priority access card that Carmen organised for us for our son meant we could all access the very best parts of Disney - the fireworks and the rides in a far more manageable way. Carmen checked in with us at every stage - during booking, with all and any updates, and even whilst we were on holiday to see if there was anything else we needed or she could help with. As a busy working mum I really needed some hand holding to organise this holiday and I felt really supported throughout the whole process. I have since recommended Carmen to anyone who will listen and will not hesitate to use her in the future. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience working with Carmen on planning a truly unforgettable holiday in the Maldives for me and my wife, Emily. This trip was incredibly special as it was kid free (🤣) and marked both our 40th birthdays and our 10-year wedding anniversary. Carmen made sure it was nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend Carmen enough, I wanted to get football match tickets but it's like gold dust, Carmen pulled through with incredible seats, reasonable pricing and the whole process was seemless. Highly recommended

I haven't used a travel agent in a while, but I am pleased I found Carmen and Travelosophers who booked an amazing holiday for us in UAE. Everything was expertly arranged by Carmen including the flights, 5* Hotel, transfers and excursions. She even suggested a destination I would never have thought about visiting. I asked Carmen to help me book my first ever holiday I told her where I wanted to go and she advised the place she felt would suit me best. Carmen arranged travel, transfers and accommodation and even helped me with sorting my insurance. The hotel was excellent and suited me perfectly, Carmen checked in with me and made sure I had no issues travelling and let me know she was available if there was any issues. Overall I had a fantastic time and most in part due to all the stress and difficulty being removed by Carmen allowing me to enjoy a new experience. I without a doubt would recommend Carmen to anyone looking to remove stress from arranging their holiday or just to take care of it for them I know I will again.

We booked through Carmen in January for a holiday at the end of August, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! She was absolutely amazing. We had no idea where we wanted to go — just a few essentials: a swimming pool, all-inclusive, by the seaside, and water slides for our 9 and 4-year-old. She ticked every single box and found us an incredible deal. Everything was so straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was the personal touch. Carmen noticed I was turning 30 the following month and arranged for the hotel to surprise me with a beautiful cake at dinner and complimentary starters — such a thoughtful gesture. Even before we left the UK, she sent both girls a little “emergency snack bag,” which got them so excited for the trip. While we were away, she checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and when we had issues checking in for our flight home, she stepped in and got it sorted straight away. I’ve used other agencies before but have never experienced this level of service, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommend: I’m quite skeptical when it comes to trusting anyone to plan and book my holiday until I came across Carmen Riley….wow…..simply wow. Carmen is a master of her craft and there’s nothing she couldn’t do to help, support or advise us on. Carmen was always ahead of the game and had already thought ahead of what my next question would be or, she was simply able to read my mind. From the airline booking, hotel accommodation, transfers and coordinating our package holiday and follow-ups to St Lucia was seamless. The entire process was handled with great professionalism and care. Carmen ensured our trip was smooth sailing from start to finish. Carmen always ensured we had everything covered. Our holiday was magical because of her knowledge, communication and expertise. Carmens kind, gentle approach made the process of booking our holiday so easy and she has the patience of a saint! She knew our requirements and specific needs to build the perfect package…..and she did! This was my first time using Carmen to arrange a holiday to Sri Lanka for myself and adult children. We wanted a magical holiday and Carmen certainly delivered. The package she put together for us was perfect, even down to birthday cakes for my daughter in each hotel we stayed at. She contacted us during the holiday to make sure all was going well. I found it easy to get in touch with Carmen. Advice was provided as to trips, visas, flights etc. The holiday was also delivered within budget. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen. She really does care that your holiday matches your requirements and that you have a great time.

I’d just like to give a MASSIVE shout out to Carmen (@Travelosophers By Carmen) who sorted out travel and transfers for my daughter who has just move out to San Francisco for nine months, and the subsequent one week holiday (travel, transfer and accommodation), for myself and my son to go and visit her.
