Introducing Namibia

Compared to some of its neighbours in East Africa, Namibia is an untapped country with impressive landscapes and unforgettable safari experiences. Here, you can truly get a sense of how unspoiled Africa is, with its captivating landscapes, iconic sites, and fascinating history. Dramatic sand dunes, vibrant national parks, the immense Namib-Naukluft desert, and the subtropical northern settlements of Rundu and Kongola can be appreciated in their glory. A holiday to Namibia promises much adventure, unique wildlife experiences and cultural splendour.

Top Locations in Namibia

Etosha National Park
Namibia's largest wildlife reserve, the breath-taking Etosha, is home to lions, elephants, giraffes, the highly endangered black rhino, as well as hundreds of other wildlife. The best time to visit is usually between May and October where a vast number of animals gather to drink water from the waterholes.
Discover the vibrant markets, restaurants, and cafes, as you stroll its metropolitan city's tree-lined avenues.
Kalahari Desert & Fish River Canyon
South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia are all home to the red sands of the Kalahari Desert, which have an incomparable landscape worth visiting.
Namib Desert and Damaraland
The huge coastal Namib Desert, one of the oldest and biggest in the world, spans over 1200 miles and is habitat to the famous, soaring sand dunes of Sossusvlei. Damaraland, a rough and otherworldly landscape which is a must see for any visit, is located to the north of the Namib Desert. Although Twyfelfontein's (Namibia’s 1st UNESCO World Heritage Site) ancient rock art, which predates more than 10,000 years, is probably its most well-known attraction, this area is also home to the extraordinary Petrified Forest, where 280 million-year-old trees have fossilised, as well as the endangered desert elephant.
Experience Namibia from above
Balloon safaris are a great way to experience Namibia's vast landscape in tranquillity and at a slower pace, or perhaps a helicopter ride can captivate you by allowing you to experience unmatched scenic vistas of the Sossusvlei sand dunes.
