Introducing Niagara Falls

The Niagara Falls is one of the most famous natural landmarks of the US and Canada. Located along the international border between Canada and the United States, Niagara which comprises of three different waterfalls, is one of the most visited state parks in the world. Considered very much to be a natural wonder, the Niagara Falls should be on every traveller’s bucket list and with so much to see and do when you get there, it’s important to set aside enough time so you can really embrace the beauty of such a spectacular destination. Starting with the largest, the three waterfalls include the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls and the state park area can be easily accessed by anyone staying the New York state or anyone staying in the cities of Toronto, Mississauga or Hamilton in Canada. Formed by when glaciers receding at the end of the Wisconsin glaciation, these falls are estimated to be around 12,000 years old.
