Protaras is a beautiful tourist resort which is located under the administrative jurisdiction of Paralimni Municipality in Cyprus, along the eastern coastline. Don’t miss this award winning beach, loved by tourists for its soft golden sand and warm, shallow waters. A family friendly beach with safe swimming for kids.
Vrisi Beach
Vrisi Beach is the main beach location in Protaras. It’s well maintained and well serviced with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, as well as a number of food outlets at close reach.
Cape Greko
The rugged Cape Greko lies to the south of Protaras and was designated a National Forest Park in 1993. For untouched coastline and amazing views, this is a great place to hike.
Pyla Village
Located less than 40 minutes away is the quaint and peaceful Pyla village, a great place to walk around in the daytime.
